I purchased a used 2013 Fusion two weeks ago from the sales expert Bob Armstrong. I live in Louisville and traveled to Corydon just to look at the vehicle and express interest with no intention of purchasing until the next few days if I did like the vehicle. Bob not only stayed late on a stormy day to wait for us, he took me on a lengthy test drive encouraging me to get the full feel of the vehicle. I had not at that point had a salesperson care about my approval that much. Well, when the time came to "talk numbers" I can honestly say that Bob and the sales manager (whose name I can not recall) worked with us to get us where we needed to be to afford the vehicle. The finance manager, Joi, made me feel very calm and relaxed with the purchase which can be a stressful time for anyone. I mean, spending 17000 is hard on anyone! Joi was friendly and did not force us in any way and treated my husband and myself with complete respect.
I left a couple hours later with the car and deal of my dreams, 100% satisfied. Heritage Ford has a different vibe than any other dealership I have been to or worked for. The only way you will leave unhappy is if you don't like the car, in which case Bob will work to find you one that you do!
I will also add that their coworker Jimmy came to assist me at the clerks office to transfer the title was stuck with me for a couple hours and made the wait delightful. Thank you for walking this rookie throught the process!
