2015 Honda Fit Great customer service. Needed break work in addition to oil change. Bill Maurath was very thorough and even gave a little discount, which was wonder Great customer service. I took my car into the Heritage Service department to have new brake pads installed and the rotor, turned or cut. My service advisor was Robert Wiggington. He was courteous and helpful. The service was excellent. However, I asked the service tech if masks were required,he said yes, and then I pointed out the customer in back of him, no mask. Observed this same customer walking all around tech if masks were required,he said yes, and then I pointed out the customer in back of him, no mask. Observed this same customer walking all around the showroom, no mask. While waiting for my car, I observed 3 employees,not social distancing, and not one wearing a mask. In fact they were in a very small room, with a window and very close to each other. I also took note, that not once did I see anyone wiping surfaces down. This is all clearly unacceptable at a business. I am disappointed with the management at this location for not taking all precautions to keep their customers safe. More
