The next day by 9AM we had a great price and a quick response. Upon arriving to see the vehicle it was pulled up front ready and waiting. The next day we called to look at another vehicle that was not on the lot within 2 hours the vehicle was at Putnam Ford waiting for us to come look at. We decided to purchase this vehicle, upon arriving the next day the vehicle was ready to go and the paperwork only waiting for signatures. I was provided options and each one was explained clearly so I understood which one would be the best suited for me. Jake took the time to explain all the features of my truck had and how to use them. I had questions about the initial break-in and Rob provided the dos and don'ts. When everything was signed and the keys handed over Jake stated that is was a pleasure doing business with me and you could truly see he meant. Not just idles words spoken by a salesman.
