Friendly, helpful and attentive salesmen! Tim was a helpful, sweet and kind salesman. He never pushed me into buying anything I didn’t need, and I never felt overwhelmed or pressured! Chaos...misinformation and lies This place is on its third service manager in 6 months. In July of last year,I was told I would be called when the parts came in for a recall. I never This place is on its third service manager in 6 months. In July of last year,I was told I would be called when the parts came in for a recall. I never got a call. When I called back in November to see what's up, they had no record of my call in July. In Jan this year, I took the vehicle in for repairs...It took 17 days to allegedly find the part. The then service manager told me that because of the hassle, repairs were 100% no charge to me per the Ford District rep . 3 months later. I got a bill.A call to the service manager, now a service advisor produced no call back for rectification but it did get me another bill in 2 months. A detailed letter to the owner, the Service Advisor, the service manager AND THE BILLING OFFICE has produced zero response from anybody in almost 3 weeks. AND, just fer fun...the part we waited 17 days for actually never DID come in if you read their convoluted bill and the old one was repaired...liars. Now, there is another new service manager. Your mileage may vary. Good Luck. More
