Chaos...misinformation and lies This place is on its third service manager in 6 months. In July of last year,I was told I would be called when the parts came in for a recall. When I called back in November to see what's up, they had no record of my call in July. In Jan this year, I took the vehicle in for repairs...It took 17 days to allegedly find the part. The then service manager told me that because of the hassle, repairs were 100% no charge to me per the Ford District rep . 3 months later. I got a bill.A call to the service manager, now a service advisor produced no call back for rectification but it did get me another bill in 2 months. A detailed letter to the owner, the Service Advisor, the service manager AND THE BILLING OFFICE has produced zero response from anybody in almost 3 weeks. AND, just fer fun...the part we waited 17 days for actually never DID come in if you read their convoluted bill and the old one was repaired...liars. Now, there is another new service manager. Putnam Ford didn't insult me with a trade in price on my car, I was offered $3 thousand more than at the local Chevy dealer. I was greeted by Cory Campbell I told him exactly what I wanted what I was willing to pay and he got me the information that I asked for. The thing I like most about Cory he didn't try and sell me anything more than I could afford....Thanks Cory I love my 2018 Ford Fiesta! Easiest car purchase ever! I was looking for a specific used car for my 19 year old daughter and live in MA. I happened to see one down in Putnam CT at Putnam Ford! I contacted them late on a Friday and they offered to hold it for me until Tuesday(Monday was a holiday).
