2013 ES350 45,000 mile service I have been a customer of Lexus since the early 2000’s. Since Stan has taken over as the service manager, my experiences with service have been except I have been a customer of Lexus since the early 2000’s. Since Stan has taken over as the service manager, my experiences with service have been exceptional. Stan always makes sure that things are taken care of in a timely and professional way. Andy is always helpful in explaining what issues you may have with the car and the best way to address them. I trust his opinions, experience and expertise.
