Tire rotation Brennan was very helpful in scheduling my tire rotation. He made sure it was done in a timely manner. He apologized for not sending my car to be washed because there had been delays with the car washes. I appreciated his respect for my time. Previously I had been dealing with Gay and it was very obvious she had little respect for my time. Every time I came in it would be a several hour ordeal and she would always lengthen whatever time she had previously stated it would take. One time I called and left her a message which she didn’t respond to so when I called her back she said oh if only I got paid to return phone calls. I will not be putting up with her any longer. Brennan does such a wonderful job and I really appreciate his hard work. More

Had oil changed Gay always gets me in when I call. It’s not long before she’s calling that’ it is done (with a car wash) She’s great.
