Had door guards placed on my car. Al Bouldin was very helpful! I was somewhat shocked to learn that this Lexus dealership charges for tire rotation on tires that were purchased at their dealership. My husband has I was somewhat shocked to learn that this Lexus dealership charges for tire rotation on tires that were purchased at their dealership. My husband has bought tires at the Herrin-Gear Toyota dealership and they do not charge for rotation on tires purchased from them. Even most tire dealers do not charge for tire rotation if the tires are bought at their store. I also had to leave my car overnight because of a bulb that was not in stock. More
