On my most recent visit Josh (Lexus Service Representative) and Alan (Lexus Service Technician) were great when meeting with me to explain (clearly) the issue and to offer various options in order to remedy the problem in the most cost efficient way possible. Mathias (Lexus Audio Expert) was also very personable with his assistance of help to address the problem.
