I have called and left voice messages with other service managers and #! they never answer their phone and #2 they never return your voice mail. Well, Brett gives you his personel cell phone and answers it.... :) I called him yesterday morning and brought my car in after school. I was in and out within 40 minutes and he is very personable to clients. Being a widow, it is sometimes hard to know when you need new tires, ect. He took the time to show me the instrument used to check tire tread wear and then checked them all. Thanks for caring about your job and your customers!!! It definitely shows!!!! More

Vehicle was returned to perform the 90K service early which requires removal of the water pump to replace the timing belt. Lexus provided a loaner for the service that required about 12 hours of technical labor. Everything went perfectly - extremely grateful to have use of a loaner. The technical advisor (Gay Lundardini advised me on the extend of the work needed and kept me informed on its progress until completion. More
