Was supposed to get 3 free oil changes with my car. My car notified me I needed one (the mechanic programmed it) so I called to schedule the appointment. I asked the person helping me on the phone if it would be covered under the free oil changes and they assured me that it was. I show up the day of my oil change and I end up having to pay for it. I took off early from work and drove an hour out of my way because their mechanic and receptionist both misinformed of when I needed to come in. I don't appreciate being lied to and my time being wasted. More
