My vehicle purchase started with using a buyer assistance program through my insurance company. 3 dealerships were contacted with the vehicle information I was looking for. When I saw that HERRNSTEIN HYUNDAI was in Chillicothe which is over an hour away from me, I sent the an email thanking them but the distance was too great which was too bad because they had the lowest price of the 3. That's when I got to know Brooke. She read my email and thanked me for reaching out to them. Then proceeded to assist me with the understanding that if we were to make a deal, she would deliver the car to my home so that I didn't need to travel the 1 hour distance. After all was said and done, Brooke delivered exactly what she promised and it was one of the easiest car purchases I have ever made. More
