Just this week, my battery was dead just as my wife and I were scheduled to go out-of town the next day. In a half-panic state I contacted Nelson Mejia who worked efficiently and seamlessly to set up an app were scheduled to go out-of town the next day. In a half-panic state I contacted Nelson Mejia who worked efficiently and seamlessly to set up an appointment to receive my car as soon as it was "jump started" and at Herson's; he monitored the repair progress; moved up my maintenance schedule date at my request to ensure that the car was in good working condition for next day and got the car back to us by early noon and so we did not have to abort our travel plans.
