The service involved replacement of the cabin air filter, a process that involve some gymnastics not easily performed by this 76-y.o. owner. The service technicians performed the operation quickly and effic a process that involve some gymnastics not easily performed by this 76-y.o. owner. The service technicians performed the operation quickly and efficiently leaving me with sufficient time to meet my wife for lunch. I was particularly impressed that they honored my request that if the car was going to be parked outside in the sunshine on this very hot day, that they cover the dashboard to protect it from being damaged. They did so and there was no damage. My Civic was returned to me clean. Although he had nothing to do with this service visit, I can recommend Andy Santana in sales. Good man. Over almost 20 years, I have never had a bad experience with Herson's Honda either in sales or service. More
