I was there for 6+ hours and the service team checked in on my often, offered to get me lunch, and just made sure was I was ok and updated about my vehicle throughout the day. I've been to several mechanic shops and have not gotten my vehicle issues resolved. In fact, the last time it ended up with a blown transmission as other mechanics were putting bandaids on the real issue. I will never going anywhere but Hertrich Chevrolet GMC for maintenance & repairs. More
