I don't think I have ever worked with anyone more unprofessional in my life. I messaged them multiple times and received no response. I then called and spoke with Irfan Khan, who repeatedly gave me incorrect information about the car I was interested in. I had to remind him several times that he was discussing the wrong car. He also did not seem to know how the purchase process worked at his own dealership. I requested a buyer's order, which I needed for my loan, but was told they could not provide one. Later, the manager, Jabari Goodman, called me and apologized, explaining that his coworker was new. They told me to begin the purchase process online, which I did. I finalized the online purchase, submitted all requested documents, and received a notification stating that they would email me the contract for digital signing. After two days of silence, I followed up by phone, but they seemed unaware that I had submitted anything. There were several instances where I thought: Do they not want to sell their car? They then told me I should send them a copy of the cashier's check from my bank. After several days of messaging back and forth, I finally received the buyer's order needed to obtain final loan approval. Just as I had arranged travels preparing to pick up the car the next day and was sending the cashier's check to the dealership, they messaged me to say that they had sold it. I understand that they do not hold cars. However, after several days of communication and my clearly demonstrated intent to purchase the vehicle, telling them, I am at the bank right now getting what they requested, I would have expected at least a phone call informing me that another potential buyer was at the dealership. Especially since they knew I was in the process of finalizing the deal. More
