Brought my car in at 9:15am and it sat there all day without being looked at. There was ZERO communication, no one called me to let me know what was going on. I ended up having to rent a car at the end without being looked at. There was ZERO communication, no one called me to let me know what was going on. I ended up having to rent a car at the end of the day. Had to get my car towed to another shop, and all it was in the end was I needed a new battery. Never again! More
