To be clear, my concerns are not with the sales staff—I’ve found them to be professional and personable. My issues have been primarily with the service and warranty side. In my experience, getting warranty-related concerns addressed has been frustrating and difficult. I’ve had ongoing issues with my vehicle that I do not feel have been fully resolved, and the process of working through those concerns has not met my expectations. I’ve also found my experience with Volkswagen of America to be unsatisfactory. From my perspective, there seem to be inconsistencies in how certain vehicle issues are handled, and that has made it harder to get problems addressed efficiently. Over the years, I’ve owned three Volkswagen vehicles out of more than 60 cars, and unfortunately, they have been among the most challenging in terms of service, maintenance, and reliability in my personal experience. Because of this, I cannot recommend this dealership for service, and I would encourage others to carefully consider their options when it comes to both the dealership and the brand. More

With my crazy luck, I met Ophelia there when I dropping off my totaled car, and a week later when I came in to purchase a new 2026 Taos, she ended up being my salesperson!
