Satisfied customer My experience with each and every person to the moment I drove off in my new truck was a pleasure to deal with. I did have an issue with the truck tha My experience with each and every person to the moment I drove off in my new truck was a pleasure to deal with. I did have an issue with the truck that developed shortly after I got home from the east coast of Florida and the resolution to the problem was better than I expected. Because HGreg Broward is 2 hours away from me they agreed to pay for my brakes instead of me traveling all the way out to the east coast which would have been a minimum of 4 hours travel time. Terrible Car was not ready.(as promised). In fact, had not even been touched. No one knew where it was. When(I) found it, battery was dead, key did not even w Car was not ready.(as promised). In fact, had not even been touched. No one knew where it was. When(I) found it, battery was dead, key did not even work. Waited 2 hours for locksmith then waited another hour just to find the keys to the cars that were blocking it! 3 more hours for paperwork(which was to already be completed). Another hour for"detail"(terrible). 2 gal of gas on empty tank! Check engine light came on on way home! Waiting on estimate! Trade not paid off YET! Wish there was more room on here, not done! More

Worst service I bought a bmw from them just because i couldnt find that color in vegas..i have bought luxury cars before to but never had such a bad experience... i I bought a bmw from them just because i couldnt find that color in vegas..i have bought luxury cars before to but never had such a bad experience... i was working with a lady named Diana, she is too rude and unprofessional.. she has no idea about what she is doing... i asked her to order a customized license plate she messed that up.. i asked her about Some car details she is clueless.. they took $3000 from me as a refundable advance and after asking her why was it not refunded now she says i never sent the refund form... now how will i know or have a refund form of your company if you never sent one... for everything else she says i will ask my manager... when the car arrived it was too dirty from inside after even telling her again and again to get it cleaned... i would not be doing business with them again More
