I’m coming for a refund Added 900 prep fee did wash vacuum oil read low tires low and now the salesperson is Rude and instead of trying to resolve the issue he told me I coul Added 900 prep fee did wash vacuum oil read low tires low and now the salesperson is Rude and instead of trying to resolve the issue he told me I could have gotten a lesser car but the issue was not the car price it was in lack of intregrety after the sale. His lack of resolve makes me not want to spend money with your establishment. I’m preparing to return the car and purchase elsewhere. More

Sold us a lemon! I am retracting my original review of great. We purchased a vehicle and after driving it for one day, We saw signs that it needed to be looked at. It I am retracting my original review of great. We purchased a vehicle and after driving it for one day, We saw signs that it needed to be looked at. It was taken to that model’s Service dept where it was determined it needed a new engine! We are 90 min away and our repeated calls to HGreg have gone unreturned. They’re warm and friendly during the sale but do not care after you drive out that lot. More

Lack of knowledge and organization..... I have owned several businesses and have been the General Manager of few others in my time. So don't think I am an irate customer when I tell you this I have owned several businesses and have been the General Manager of few others in my time. So don't think I am an irate customer when I tell you this. First, the music is so so loud that you can her when someone talks to you. Secondly, each department except the insurance person had to get answers or approval from someone else. In 50 years is driving I have owned 16 vehicles never have experienced such an unorganized process. Thirdly, there is allot of dead wood that could be eliminated and get probably better results. We really like the SUV though. Tks More
