Low prices but customer service is very low. They stated a lot of information that was just plain false. Whatever they say, you can pay down payment with a credit card, you can negotiate APRs, yo They stated a lot of information that was just plain false. Whatever they say, you can pay down payment with a credit card, you can negotiate APRs, you can cancel dealership warranty. My suggestion would be to take the process slow if you choose to come here. Make them explain every bit of the process. Last but most importantly, check and check again the Bill of sale. Check every wording and fee. Good luck More

Wouldn't go to them again. I bought a 2015 Nissan altima from hgreg. I was told that they inspect the car al every thing was good. On the way home from buying the car the A/C st I bought a 2015 Nissan altima from hgreg. I was told that they inspect the car al every thing was good. On the way home from buying the car the A/C stopped working. After that i decided to take the car to a mechanic. He told me that the car was never serviced and it need an oil change and it needed to be serviced. I also financed through them. I was giving gap insurance which i did not ask for and was nevwr explained what it was. A week later a friend of mine told me wat it was. I had to call them and have them cancel it. Overall i had a bad experience with them and i would not send any of my friends to see them for a car or go to them again for a car. I would take the car back but they charge a 7 percent restocking fee. Just makes me wonder if they didn't service the car and the A/C stooped working on the way home. What else is going to stop working on the car or what else will i need to fix within the next month or 2? More

Good experience overall Things didn't start off as smoothly as I'd hoped. The car we originally went to look at was nowhere to be found, with no real answer as to why but a couple of theories were provided. So, while I was disappointed, Richard more than made up for it. He was very friendly and helpful with all of our needs. Even in what felt like 100+ degree weather, Richard was out there providing top notch service. After test driving 3 vehicles, our mind was made up and decided on a very stylish Ford Fusion. After taking care of insurance and financing, we were on our way in our new vehicle. Thanks H Greg and more specifically, Richard! Financing could've been better, while John was very nice, we felt as if we didn't receive concise answers to some of our questions and sometimes in those situations one tends to rush through things instead of asking more questions...my mistake.
