A 6 hour sales transaction I honestly don't know where to start for this 6 hour sales transaction. WOW! Such a bad experience that all I will say is that if the vehicle had not I honestly don't know where to start for this 6 hour sales transaction. WOW! Such a bad experience that all I will say is that if the vehicle had not been exactly what I wanted and still under factory warranty, (I could not find another in 300 miles).. I would have never returned to the dealership. Low balled my trade. but wouldn't budge on their price... My trade is now listed with close to a $5000 profit margin. They mailed my tags to the wrong address and wasn't even concerned that I am riding around on an expired tag. It's all about how much money they can make, "Not your satisfaction" Would not accept my pre arrange financing, forcing me to use their bank, which of course with a much higher rate.  (they get a kickback from the bank).  They have been doing bad service for so long, they think it's normal. So if you can find another vehicle with similar features from another dealer.. Run! You deserve better and other dealerships will appreciate your business. Another dealer right down the street was willing to work with me, accept my trade at a fair price and accept my own financing, but just didn't have the vehicle I wanted. Their whole process is not designed for the consumer. You cannot win with this dealer. More

Wonderful Purchasing Experience / Beautiful Car I purchased a used BMW from Tony at Hi-Line Garage about 6 months ago and waited to write this review to make sure that I was happy with my car. This I purchased a used BMW from Tony at Hi-Line Garage about 6 months ago and waited to write this review to make sure that I was happy with my car. This was the best car purchasing experience I had ever had. I live two hours from Charlotte and had an appointment to view at car at the large BMW dealer in Charlotte. Barely 10 minutes before departure, that dealership called me to tell me that they had sold the car - after promising to hold it for me to see. I went online and found a better BMW for a lower price at Hi-Line Garage and spoke with Tony, who pulled the keys so that the car would not be sold before I arrived. I drove down the same day, loved the car, and bought it that day. But I was also trading a car and did not have the paperwork needed. Tony and Hi-Line worked with me on the paperwork problems and let me take the BMW home. The car was beautifully prepared. I detail my own cars and do very careful work. But the detailing on the BMW was the best that I have ever seen. And 6 months later, I absolutely love my BMW. I have recommended Hi-Line Garage to so many people. I really like the no-haggle pricing. My wife and I buy Lexus and BMW; we plan to buy all of our future cars from Hi-Line Garage. They are that good. More
