They have a great selection of Pre-owned vehicles! I've purchased many (10+) throughout my life and 90% of the times it seems too long and drawn out of a process. Matt & Rich both provided great information and insight into the vehicle that eventually purchased. I was impressed with the transparency when Rich went over the Car Fax report before I got a chance to request it. From the vehicle questions, inspections & test drive, to the application & form signing all seemed to take just enough time. I didn't feel captured or like I was in a middle of a home closing. I called back and talked with Cliff and he assured me the car I was looking at was still available. He even called me back and told me he had the keys and was holding onto them till I got there. I arived 20 minutes later and Cliff sent me to another sales person and that person told me the car was being delivered to a customer as we walked in and he tried selling me something I did not care for. Waste of your time if you do not want run around. I wish you luck More
