Loved Judy and would definitely purchase a car with her again, and recommend to anyone looking for a used luxury import. The only reason I can not give the dealership five stars is the finance department. I'm not naive in understanding that car finance guys are FAR from 'warm and fuzzy', but if you have good credit just come with your own financing so you do not have to spend to much time in this area. I worked with Gary first who made an error on my interest rate, when I return the next day he was off. The finance guy who "helped" (using that loosely) in Gary's absence was a COMPLETE JERK, putting it nicely. I understand finance guys make money off your rate and any up-selling they do, however there is no reason to treat customers rudely regardless of your "personal" feelings. I sincerely hope that it was a fluke dealing with him in his catty moment, and that he treated all other customers with respect for the remainder of the day. Overall, its your standard used car dealership nothing fancy but everyone is pretty friendly. Go see Judy...but to be on the safe side, if you have good credit just bring your own financing/money! Excellent choice for buying an off-lease high end vehicle! Hi-Line's prices are non-negotiable, which we liked. They charge the price they've listed for a car plus a $700 fee. The only other fees are NC sales taxes and DMV fees. The sales process was low-pressure and very straightforward. Once we got over to financing, the process was similarly low pressure. Like many dealers, Hi-Line puts out car loans for bids from lenders and you can compare rates. Financing is typically where car dealers get you with confusing options, but again things were very straight forward. We were given the choice of a straight loan, loan + extended warranty, loan + extended warranty + GAP insurance, and loan + extended warranty + GAP insurance + stain treatment. Everything was very well-explained and our detailed questions were all answered entirely to our satisfaction. From end-to-end we felt like things moved very efficiently and again, were low pressure especially by the standards of typical used car dealers. We would definitely buy from them again, and if you're looking for a higher-end vehicle that's just come off a lease they are a very good option. More

As easy as it gets After a bit of online shopping, I found this car on AutoTrader.com. I called early on Saturday morning. Bryan, with a Y, answered the phone. He took my number and promptly called back to confirm availability since we were driving two hours to Charlotte. When we arrived, we were greeted at the door and turned over to Bryan. We were offered refreshment and a chance to stretch before getting down to business. The car was ready to be shown and test driven. After the test drive, we got down to paperwork. The No Haggle Pricing made the experience very pleasant and not stressful at all. Rob walked us through the financing process and again, very easy to deal with. The one issue that came up was the pictures of the car online showed a hitch receiver but it had been taken off. After the deal was made, Bryan took the car to have the receiver reinstalled. There was only one key fob when the car was taken in on trade. Bryan contacted the previous owner and is working to get it and send it to us. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for an upscale vehicle. As a matter of fact, my wife has plans to work with these guys when she gets ready to purchase her next ride. More
