It was ok This was my first experience in a dealership in awhile so I wasn't quite sure to expect. My representative was nice, but nothing extraordinary. I walked in the store with an objective to purchase a car, but left empty-handed. I received the basic information on a car I was interested in, however when I went right down the street to another dealership, I was treated like royalty. They were definitely interested in me purchasing a car. We sat and crunched actual numbers, they gave me the walk through with the car, offered me a test drive, and even gave me OTHER options. I came in both stores with the objective of buying an Audi, however now I'm conflicted with an Audi and Acura because at the other dealership he REALLY sold me BOTH cars. Not sure where I will go now. But the guy was nice. More
