I particularly appreciated his willingness to let us drive and check out the car as long as we felt necessary. We had seen a car on their web site and drove about an hour to see the car. It was a hot day and the first thing Bryan did was offer us a cold drink! We wound up needing to pick up the car a couple of days later and during that time Bryan kept in touch with us, making sure the car was ready when we returned. It was apparent to me that their inventory is top line, quality cars, with no pretense or deception. I would recommend this as a place to shop for a quality auto, with a good sales experience. More

Buying a used car is a stressful experience! But Phew! Who to believe when you've heard about the "used car salesman' your entire life. But, we had a great purchase. The car I drove down to Hi-Line Garage to see and possibly purchase, was basically driving out of the driveway 'sold' as I arrived. Ah ja...but Bryan, powered up, & being quick-on-the-ball, realized I didn't care to look at more cars at the computer, but wanted to walk around and get the tactile experience. He showed my father and I some beautiful cars within our price range and spent unhurried time with us, made his suggestions and opinions, and in fact, did not try to up-sell us knowing I founded a global youth organization and shouldn't have been shopping anyway! OR just because that is how they work as a company. I have to admit I felt a bit pressured when I found a car I really liked and learned about their policy of no 'hold's', even with a deposit, even for 12 hours, but I do understand the business strategy combined with the fact that I personally witnessed 3 cars sell while we were there! Now, home, with a beautiful car, not only did Bryan follow-up with links to a couple of things we had discussed, but with an email to confirm all was good and I was happy, and a call to be sure I received the information! & Rob (paperwork manager) was super at making a quick change for us. I will totally recommend Bryan and Hi-Line Garage. Thank you! More
