Now this next part is (unfortunately) rare, the Lexus I came to see was BETTER than Nick had described it to be over the phone. It was pretty immaculate! From the test drive to the buying, everyone at Hi-Line was an absolute pleasure to deal with and all went very smoothly. I felt like Nick and I were old friends by the time I left with my new car - he is a genuinely great guy. Last note, when they say "No Haggle Pricing", they mean it, but unlike big dealers like CarMax, their no haggle price is actually a darn good price and there is no need to haggle (and I'm a "haggler"). The car was everything that he claimed that it was over the phone, and he pointed out the minor issues mentioned over the phone without my requesting it. We had been shopping for several months and had looked at many cars, but none were close to matching the overall value, (price and condition) of this car.
