They saved me from an incredibly poor deal and showed me options I didn't even know I had. This led to other dealers in NY insisting I provide cosigners, which is something I did not want to do. Eventually I found a used dealership that offered the aforementioned deal, and I was ready to begrudgingly accept the deal. A friend recommended I try out one last place, Hi5. I was prepared to get any serviceable vehicle with at least some kind of warranty, and less interest. Working with Jay was a fantastic experience. After being shown many different options and discussing my financial situations, Jay’s opinion was that my situation may have been inaccurately represented, and that I wasn't in the bad situation I thought I was in. He was able to cut the interest rate and offer me the same Ford Taurus on far better conditions I expected. Absolutely great service! No pushing, patient answers, really worthy recommendations!
