If you’re not getting maintenance done here or asking for permission your warranty won’t be affective. I’m disappointed in High Country Toyota. I’m disappointed in their sales team . It’s a lot of paperwork permission your warranty won’t be affective. I’m disappointed in High Country Toyota. I’m disappointed in their sales team . It’s a lot of paperwork that has to be signed and they need to be more specific on where and who does maintenance on the vehicle. I keep my oil changed on a regular basis. But my coverage isn’t valid unless I get permission on the service being done on my Jeep. Now the transmission is going out and I’m not covered by the warranty. I purchased the Jeep in Scottsboro living in Tennessee. I’ve moved to Ms. I spent too much money keep my maintenance up and they will not accept that I’ve done it through there specifications. Highly disappointed. So if you’re purchasing a vehicle here please get all the information that you can before you purchase . Specifically on keeping your maintenance up if you move out of town or from out of state. Do better High Country!!!! More
