Worst experience of my life. We bought a car and 7 days later we were on side of the road, thank goodness we had a 30 day exchange on the car. - - -We are sorry for the inconvenience but the car had a weak battery, which we replaced and you still chose to opt for an exchange. However when we exchanged for a different car the new one had a click in the A/C unit. They said they would fix it. When they went to fix their employee Russell broke it completely. -- The part was already broken, Our Service Advisor disassembled it and displayed it appropriately. They could get the part to fix it so Tyler told us that we could get it fixed at a jeep dealer under an Alpha warrantee we had bought. When we got to the jeep dealer turns out we couldn't. So we called told them the price, and Tyler said that was fine. -- When we were told the warranty would not cover, we stated that we would pay wholesale for the part price and if we did the repair, free labor. And, only wholesale price for the part if they used an outside repair shop. We called and talked to the owner and he told us that "we were wasting his time." --Sadly, I have to disagree with this comment. I was sitting in the office on speaker phone and heard the entire conversation.He refused to acknowledge that his employee had told us to go ahead with the repair or that his employee broke it in the first place. The owner even hung up on me. This is a terrible terrible place with unreliable cars. --Again. A mistake. He actually stated to you, "Let me look into this and I will get back in touch with you." You replied, "OK, thank you." And minutes later you went online and publicly wrote things about us. We NEVER refused to further assist you considering that it was your husband that we only communicated with, until this point, Please feel free to contact me. thanks.

As far as the other outside companies that we use for repairs, we, too, were quite frustrated because it caused several upset customers to be delayed. Unfortunately, when we have more than one customer interested in a particular car, it's not based on price but on who may have been submitted to the Finance Department first. I know, it seems to be unfair especially after your drive to Birmingham. I always recommend to out-of-state customers, to place a refundable down payment on the car of interest, that way providing only you the car. Again, I apologize and thank you for taking the time to point this out - We will use this as a learning lesson and will definitely improve in that area.

There was no mention of anyone else interested in the car until it was time to settle the paper work. I was strung along from Atlanta, test drive the car, had my credit run (which your dealership did not have me sign any paper work for), and after all this the price magically increased by $1000 due to a presale on the car - but it was my lucky day because I could buy it for only $600 more than the advertised price. Your dealership is the essence of every used car salesman sigma and joke. I hope people who can read will see through your lies and read about the others who have had similar experiences. PS - When I was at your dealership, only the finance manager had phone access to you. But now that I did not buy into your dishonest business schemes and am writing negative reviews, who is it that has time to respond? The same owner that was only available to the finance manager This is very telling about the crooked games you play! PPS - I suppose in your response you will re-emphasis that it is all just a misunderstanding and that it is somehow my fault that you increased the price from your advertised price-but reality is that this is your, bait and switch, mode of operation.

In response to your complaint on DealerRater and the BBB: After we spoke to our Sales Rep, Bob, we discovered there was a miscommunication between the customer and the rep about some of the upgrades the vehicle had. There were several upgrades done to this vehicle since the day we received it as a trade in. These upgrades included a front winch and lights and we spent over $1000.00 on these additions and we did have a chance to adjust the price online. We do have the receipts for the upgrades but due to the mis-communication, we asked the customer to only share half of that expense with us. This issue has never happened to us before and we NEVER advertise false prices. Later, we discovered that another mis-communication with the price online and the "out the door' price - which some customers do not understand that there is additional sales tax, title fee and documentary fee which further creates a misunderstanding with some. In closing, this customer did NOT purchase anything from us and there is utterly no way to correct this, other than making the offer of sharing the expense and he Declined.
