Beware of purchasing a Used Car from this place! I haven’t had this car for even a year yet and I’ve already had several issues with it aside from the purchasing nightmare I had when I bought it. FIR haven’t had this car for even a year yet and I’ve already had several issues with it aside from the purchasing nightmare I had when I bought it. FIRST, I find out that the front bumper had more damage from a “little fender bender” as it stated in the car report with the brackets holding it almost hanging off of my car. SECOND, my car makes this noise like I’m going up a rollercoaster whenever I press on the brake (not the brake pads) , and it’s still making this sound. This started maybe 4 months after I bought it. THIRD, I had to get it repaired due to a recall on the RPM going crazy when accelerating (thank god it was covered since I was still under 80k miles on the vehicle). FOURTH, I got my oil changed at the Honda dealership (would never go back to Hiley. They won’t get another cent from me) and they tell me my battery is bad and the tires as well after a courtesy inspection after my oil change. This is when I find out that my brake pads are ok since I mentioned the noise it makes. So who know what is causing the noise?? Scared to find out at this point. FIFTH, while at the store It just suddenly dies on me, and will not start. Leaving me stranded. Thankfully in a parking lot. No check engine light prior to it doing this. Figured it was just needing a new battery since Honda said it needed to be replaced. SIXTH (yes, six issues as of 2/27/21 ) My car does not start once again. No check engine light prior to it doing this. Got a scanner and it read error code P2101 “Throttle Actuator Control Motor Circuit. Repair immediately. Threat to essential system components “Motor Circuit. Repair immediately.” And it is currently stranded on a street right now. Wont start at All, and engine lights galore. Now this vehicle is not used often due to remote work so the mileage I’ve used compared to the issues I’m having it just doesn’t make any sense that it was caused by driving less than 2 miles a day or less picking up my kids from school down the street or going to the local grocery store that is like 3 miles away. Now, if you ask me if the dealership was aware of the issues on this vehicle before selling? I’m not sure. If you ask me if they inspect the vehicle throughly? I don’t think they did. And knowing that they charge a reconditioning fee when purchasing all their used vehicles for the cost of them “fixing and repairing” the car to make it ready for them to sell it to you. What did they fix? Nothing that is important. Maybe some paint chips here and there, and maybe a quick wash. What about fixing the important stuff?? Now your customers are stuck dealing with extra expense of repairing a junk car that your company is selling. I’m sure I am not the only one with issues. You guys need to be better than this. Your company obviously has not learned anything from all your complaints because it is still happening. More

Buyers please keep in mind, they will add $1495.00 a reconditioning fee to used cars. We agreed on a selling price for $32500, but added another $1495 on the paperwork. I contacted this dealership on a lease price for a $55k MDX I saw the reviews and figured they can’t be that rude when they are in the sales business. Well THEY ARE!!!! I spoke to Ray who treated me as a second class citizen and as thought his time is so valuable that he didn’t even have time to talk to me. I then proceeded to talk to Jason who said was the sales Manager Jason and he too was short and rude and without listening to the whole story said to me that there were2 sides to a story. I told him that now I knew where their sales people get their attitudes from. Listen to the reviews these people treated me like junk and do not deserve anyone’s business. More
We bought a used car on Saturday. After driving away with an empty tank of gas, and empty windshield wiper fluid, the battery was dead on Sunday night. Monday we asked for resolution with a loaner car with an empty tank of gas, and empty windshield wiper fluid, the battery was dead on Sunday night. Monday we asked for resolution with a loaner car and a tow. It never happened. Tuesday it never happened because they expected us to get the car jumped, drive from Dallas to Fort Worth and wait on the car to replace the battery. We spoke with Acura Dallas, who offered to replace battery. So we drove 1 mile from our house to get it resolved. And have not had any follow from Fort With Acura since the incidence. Wish we could return this car, and the poor customer service. More
