Louis and Blake were great to work with. Especially being a first time car buyer they answered all my questions and got me through the process quickly and easily. Driving down from the Nashville area I was a a first time car buyer they answered all my questions and got me through the process quickly and easily. Driving down from the Nashville area I was able to reach Louis easily to get directions to the dealership. Once I was there he greeted me with a handshake and refreshments. The test drive was great, Louis is from the Detroit area and so is my family so we had a lot in common and much to talk about. After the test drive we got the financial part done with Blakes help. Another great employee that was easy to work with and he shot me straight when it came to all information. I was in and out within an hour. Pain free and back on my way home. More

It was my first purchase under the Hiley ownership & i must say it was a much better experience than the old dealership. I would have to rate Tairon & the car purchasing experience at Hiley as one best I have had. Tairon promptly followed up on questions I had on the car after I had made the purchase. I did price research and I found the price to be fair compared to dealerships within 300 miles. The car was delivered on time & Tairon spend considerable time going over the features & answering questions. More

Courtney was very helpful, and very friendly. Even though we were not able to make a deal (didn't have the options we wanted), he spent a lot of time and energy working with us. We were looking for a diesel car.The car we saw advertized was very reasonably priced and seemed to be just what we wanted. My wife went to the dealership and test drove the car. She asked Mr Payne if he would hold the car while she came to get me. He suggested that he could bring the car out to our house. He was happy to do this even though we live way outside the city limits (up near the TN line). I was able to test drive the car and was suitably impressed. We went back to the dealership where we completed the transaction with a minimum of fuss. All in all a very positive experience! Thanks. More
