Hill Cadillac exceeded expectations. Recently, I made the decision to trade in / trade up my current car. After I reviewed many different brands and models, I decided on the Cadillac Recently, I made the decision to trade in / trade up my current car. After I reviewed many different brands and models, I decided on the Cadillac CT5 and began to consider used and new options. I casted a pretty wide net and researched dealers within a 5 hour radius. I narrowed my scope to three dealers and reached out to all three regarding available inventory. Ultimately, I chose Hill Cadillac because every interaction with the dealership was positive. I wanted a used 2024 but stretched slightly beyond my original budget because they offered a new alternative at a good price. They responded to all my requests and questions quickly. When asking / negotiating on price, they took me seriously and provided fair consideration when responding. When I finally got to the dealership (I arrived an hour late), Lucas, was with another customer. I was impressed how he worked with the team to balance both engagements. He excused himself momentarily from his other client to set me up with the car to look over. Even though I was clearly Lucas' client, other sales people were very friendly and offered to assist and answer any questions I had. Before long, Lucas was back and answered all questions quickly and we were able to settle on terms. This occurred just as the dealership was scheduled to close. Lucas and the finance manager stayed an extra hour to finalize the deal so I could drive home in my new car. Although they were staying late on a Friday night, they were happy to stay and close the deal and never made me feel rushed. Although I believe I got a great deal on price, financing and what they offered for my trade, the reason I bought the car was their service and attitude. I felt like a valued customer from our first interaction online, through the signing of documents an hour after closing on a Friday night, to the follow up responses to my questions since purchasing.
