I scheduled an oil change service but was advised that I would need to take my car to the express service area. The express service was considered walk in so I was kind of pushed back in line although I sch would need to take my car to the express service area. In saying this my car took a little longer than expected but the service was still pretty quick considering the line. Service agents were clear on expectations so I was not too disappointed. If I can recommend a change it would be to make the website more clear about services needed and where they are conducted. This way the expectation is clear right up front. More
