One of the words experience I have had at this location. I went for a tire rotation and balance not knowing that on my way back home one of the hubcaps fell off on the side of the road while driving. I had I went for a tire rotation and balance not knowing that on my way back home one of the hubcaps fell off on the side of the road while driving. I had to make a U-turn to go look for it. I didn’t have time to go back to the dealership to make a complaint since I live in Lakeland and didn’t have the time and gas to go back. I got home and I wanted to make sure the rest of the hubcaps were okay. Two of them are broken as a result of a bad Service they had provided me. The worst part is that you guys thought you’ll go away with it. They should have told me when the service was done. Or apologize and make up for it. I always go to this location since I bought my car there four years ago, no issues until now. I need you guys to make up for the bad experience. More
