They just change the oil as dealership they walked in to my car with no mat under their foot they did not even wash the car as the orther dealership does when ever you arange any services with them More

However, I am so sorry to hear that they are not changing the reminder in your vehicle when you come in next time please make sure you let your advisor know to please make sure that it is changed .
