Hello Tatiana, thank you so much for taking the time to write this review, however i am so sorry to hear that you are not happy with how long your service was we do try to get people in and out as quickly as possible . I do know that our oil changes do take at least an hour and a half we do a multi point inspection with every service and go over everything just to make sure your vehicle stays running properly
