My husband and I have been dealing with this dealership for 4 years now. I can honestly say, if I can help it I will never go to one of those big dealerships (dodge, ford, etc...) , the staff could not be for 4 years now. I can honestly say, if I can help it I will never go to one of those big dealerships (dodge, ford, etc...) , the staff could not be any friendlier then what they are, they don't drag it out and they are very straight forward with you from the beginning. Our last trade in, we were looking to trade in our car for a SUV and we were for sure they weren't going to be able to get us out of the car we were in because we had only had it for 2 and a half years and owed more than it was worth, but after 3 hours of dealing with multiple banks and there team staying past 8PM for us we finally got it a bank to pick us up for an amazing interest rate and a way lower payment then we originally had! These people go above and beyond what they need to do! I would recommend to everyone I know go there before you go else where! More
The staff at Hillsboro Auto Mart was friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased a 2007 Infiniti G35 from the dealer. The vehicle was well maintained and of good quality. I'VE PURCHASED MANY CARS IN MY LIFE AND BY FAR THIS WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE TO DATE. WHEN YOU WALK ONTO THE LOT, THERE ARE PLENTY OF BEAUTIFUL, HIGH-END CARS. WE WERE GREETED BY A PROFESSIONAL WHO WA WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE TO DATE. WHEN YOU WALK ONTO THE LOT, THERE ARE PLENTY OF BEAUTIFUL, HIGH-END CARS. WE WERE GREETED BY A PROFESSIONAL WHO WAS ATTENTIVE AND HELPFUL FROM START TO FINISH. OTHER DEALERSHIPS TRY AND "SELL YOU" BUT HILLSBORO AUTO MART DIDN'T PUSH US INTO ANYTHING. WE TEST DROVE MULTIPLE CARS UNTIL WE MADE A DECISION WITHOUT ANY PRESSURE. THE PROCESS WAS EASY AND STRESS FREE. DAN, THE OWNER, WAS INVOLVED, EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND GOOD-NATURED. MIKE HELPED US AS WELL AND KNEW EVERYTHING ABOUT THE CARS. JUST AN ALL-AROUND GOOD GUY. IN FACT, EVERYONE WE MET WAS GREAT. OVERALL, THIS EXPERIENCE IS HOW CAR BUYING SHOULD BE--A1. Avoid! They'll tell you one thing and do the opposite. No customer service at all. This place is just a factory, they get you in and out as fast as possible, and don't care at all what's in your opposite. No customer service at all. They'll tell you anything to get you to come into the dealership and buy the car, even if it's completely untrue. Does the car have bluetooth? Absolutely! A USB port? Sure! The multimedia package? You bet! Then when you get in there, if you actually notice it does not have those things, they'll say, oh, well it might not have all that, but hey, it's a great price, and we sell 130 cars a month you know. Also, they take forever to update their website; at any given time I'd say about 20% of the cars on there, if not more, are no longer there. So, if you're going to deal with these people at all, at least call first to make sure the car is there, and check every option for yourself when you get there. Better still, avoid these xxxxxxx like the plague and go to a reputable dealership. More

They say that in a lifetime, the average person will purchase 12 vehicles and after my experience with Hillsboro, I will buy every one from them! From the quality and quantity of inventory, to the sales purchase 12 vehicles and after my experience with Hillsboro, I will buy every one from them! From the quality and quantity of inventory, to the sales staff, the owners - even the detailers - I could NOT have been more impressed OR surprised. Car shopping is generally an experience people liken to getting teeth pulled but this last purchase changed my perception entirely. I was treated like a part of their 'family' - with respect, honesty and integrity which as a woman car shopping on her own, I had expected every terrible stereotype only to be completely amazed. I love my new car! I love the dealership - immaculate and comfortable! I love the staff, the owners! (Can you tell I'm happy?!) I really can't sing their praises loudly enough. If you want an amazing, top-of-the-line vehicle, to be treated like an intelligent person and get a stellar deal, go see these guys. More
