They went above and beyond to get everything taken care of so I was off their lot and parking for practice with a few minutes to spare. Great Dealership to buy a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. They were great help with picking out a new vehicle and showing us all the features. My husband has cancer, hard for him to get around, but Tyler Colton and Jim Knox went out of their way to help us out. After purchasing the Jeep on a Saturday they told us to go ahead and take the Jeep home together and they would bring our car that we drove to Hillsdale from Jackson back to us on Monday. A week or two after that the Jeep needed to be at the dealership to have a package we purchased applied and Tyler came to our house in the early morning, drove the Jeep to Hillsdale and brought it back later that day, couldn't ask for more. After we bought the jeep and went to pick it up after the weekend, we got to met Jim Knox, I've never, until I went to Jim Knox, met the owner before. Mr. Knox was great! He welcomed us to their family and told us if there was any problems they would take of us. I don't think I'll go any place else to buy a new car/truck again! More

I reside in Montana so had to work out transportation from O'Hare in Chicago to Hillsdale to complete the transaction. John, my driver was punctual at the airport and pretty good company on the 200 mile drive to Hillsdale. Tyler was professional and met us at the dealership after hours to complete the transaction so I could get on the road back to Billings. My title work arrived in order by UPS 10 days after the sale. All in all a good experience and I love the car. I'd recommend Tyler Colton and Jim Knox to anyone in or out of Michigan. More
