I received a complimentary rental the first repair. The second repair I was refused a rental and you had my car nearly 6 days. The third repair I finally got a one day rental. I was NOT offered a rental the second time I was in. You kept my car for over 6 days I was told enterprise is across the road and I can rent one there if I want that you do not give rentals. I disputed this with Mike and I was refused point blank. This is a consumer review, and this is my review. Being told to trust and have faith in my vehicaI is not really a satisfactory response and my alternative option given to change my car and the amount of money I would lose on my car with 2400 miles was not acceptable or affordable. Yes I hope your service is 100 times better from on. This particular time it was a disgrace.
