Good to know you.. I arrived at my appointed time at 7 AM. Mike Macoon was my service advisor, he took my information and was out by 7:20 AM. I had to leave the vehicle for evaluation. I was called that same day and informed by Service agent , Henry Peterson that my vehicle needed a part that was not in stock and was on back order. I returned and picked up my car and now waiting. I have been attended to by Mr. Peterson before and has always been professional and knowledgeable . (The part in question is a AC condenser for 2016 Civic. Help me it's July!) More

By far the worst customer service in the auto industry including the cashier in The service Department. I scheduled a oil change and inspection which is routine and they decided the maintenance would take including the cashier in The service Department. The courtesy shown to me as a frontline health care worker was exemplary. I give them a 5 star. Compared to that my experience with Hillside Honda on July 1st is a 2 Star. I have been with Star Nissan since 2006, where as with Hillside Honda since 1993. You can guess who is going to be my next car dealer! More
I specifically took my car in for issue with the infotainment. The blamed my aftermarket amp and wouldn’t look at it unless I disconnected the amplifier. This is rediculous. The amp doesn’t make the screen go blank and lose signal. There’s a class action lawsuit working now due to a bad wire harness. They should’ve just replaced it and not give me the run around. Wasted my day and $50 in ubers. Then then i had a split in the flex paint on the bumper. Quoted $1800 for a new bumper!! It’s flex paint!! Spray it, don’t replace it. Guys were nice though but the manager making the calls during these times needs to do better then this. The car is 6 months old with 2000 miles. More
