Worst Service manager failed to diagnose the problem and was very rude . Got my car fixed from mechanic shop right opposite the hillside Honda . It was the Service manager failed to diagnose the problem and was very rude . Got my car fixed from mechanic shop right opposite the hillside Honda . It was the bad battery whereas service manger told me that it’s electrical problem and he wants to get it checked from electrical which he didn’t have available . Kept my car for two days at service centre and gave me back without fixing it . More

Good? Maybe I bought my car here, and for many years they were my go to place for maintenance and repairs. Often when i would bring my car for maintenance they wo I bought my car here, and for many years they were my go to place for maintenance and repairs. Often when i would bring my car for maintenance they would informed me something else needed to be taken care of. I almost always agreed to the additional repair, until one time when I really didn't have the money for the additional work and I said that it would have to wait. A few weeks later when I finally had the money. I took my car to another shop a friend recommended. To my surprise they informed me there was nothing wrong with my car and the parts Hillside Honda said I need it to replaced were still in very good shape and not even at the halfway point of use. How much did these guys take from me by recommending unnecessary fixes that were most likely not even performed? More

Excellent Service! I needed an airbag component replaced because of yet another recall. I called to make an appointment, told them I wanted to wait for the car, was giv I needed an airbag component replaced because of yet another recall. I called to make an appointment, told them I wanted to wait for the car, was given an appointment for an afternoon later that same week. I arrived a few minutes early, was seen almost immediately, and the car was ready in under an hour, as promised. It was a great service experience.
