Henry was very professional and kept me informed with the process as my car was getting maintained. Even though my car had a slight issue and he was not able to do the complete maintenance (my fault, not his process as my car was getting maintained. The worst experience i have ever had. Joseph in the service department, is the worst person I have ever dealt with at Honda. Many people that I have at my church had warned me about this Joseph in the service department, is the worst person I have ever dealt with at Honda. Many people that I have at my church had warned me about this dealership. Especially how lousy the service department is. I had wanted my vehicle be serviced and had paid for all of the parts, We were waiting for one part and I had requested for Joseph to fix the vehicle with the parts that, Honda already had acquired. After close to a month, and several phone calls, I decided to cancel the order and get whatever refund minus any fees, which I did not know about. I was told about the restocking fee only after I had requested my money back,. Joseph rudely pointed out that, their was a sign that mentioned the restocking fee. I will never buy another Honda again and I have made it a point to steer clear of this location and other Honda locations. If Joseph would have done what I had requested, by the way, seven times, I would have had my vehicle repaired. I wish all of you the best. But, my money and time will not be spent here. Every person that had offered me their advice about your service department, was correct. Everyone's opinion is very low. I now join them. I want to thank Joseph at the service department for making my experience with Honda terrible. Also, the handling of my Honda pilot was terrible. I will not recommend this location to anyone. More
