Everyone except the cashier was polite, welcoming, and explained everything to the best of their knowledge. All of that was great. The cashier wasn’t friendly, barely looked at me, and was all transaction explained everything to the best of their knowledge. All of that was great. The reason I gave the 1 was because when they called me to tell me what they found in my car, they immediately said that they are recommending a new transmission that is going to cost $7600. And I was trying to figure out why are They recommending a transmission without even explaining to me what is wrong with my vehicle. Not only that, but I only have 68,000 miles on my car. Then I explained to them that my car needed a transmission flush and a software update. They then said oh that may fix my problem. Which I found to be crazy that you would suggest a brand new transmission when a transmission flush would possibly fix the problem. Then I was told that a transmission flush would cost me $550. And a software update would cost me $140. These prices was outrageous. When I called other Honda dealers their prices were cheaper as well as other licensed mechanics. They definitely tried to beat me in the head. I would not recommend this Honda service place. Please call around and get pricing. More
