Another thing with rental, mr Patanio said I am only allowed to take Sedan as rental but at the time, the enterprise only have nissan rogue suv which requires extra fees if 10$. I did not agree to pay, but mr Patanio approved it as per his manager. So, I took the suv and ended up with a bill of $70, I called and followed up regarding my bill with enterprise rental which is supposedly to be covered by hillside honda and the service advisor said he will follow up or have the enterprise call me to resolve the bill. Until now nothing is done. I did not even ask them to compensate for my time lost at work and my husband time. I have too much stress with hillside honde service. I feel like they don’t care about the time that they take from me reiterating these things to them. The fact that they messed up my car, in return they shouldve just done everything properly that I dont have to follow up. They’re bunch of liars too saying they have changed the scratched part of my car when in fact I can see that it was only PAINTED.
