I purchased my car only four months ago and I brought it to make sure everything was good for my two trips this summer. I was happy with my purchase experience, but the service center is designed to milk everyone for money. I’m never coming back. I will tell you and everyone I know to STAY AWAY!! More
dropped car at 7 am. was told i will receive call about my repair. Did not receive a call by 3 pm, i called and informed i had to wait for call. When i did not receive a call by 4 pm, i called again, put o my repair. Did not receive a call by 3 pm, i called and informed i had to wait for call. When i did not receive a call by 4 pm, i called again, put on continuous recording, spoke to person 3 times who said, "please hold" and "i will check" and put me on hold then dropped the call. After 45 minutes and a number of re-dialing, person answered, put on hold again, then came back and said i can pick up my car. it was a horrible experience trying to get through to service and get an answer. More
