All the personal I met from the man outside to the agents inside were lovely people.They spoke to me in a very understanding way and when I said I planned to wait for the car----there was no screaming or whi inside were lovely people.They spoke to me in a very understanding way and when I said I planned to wait for the car----there was no screaming or whining. The gentleman said OK but the wait could be long. I answered---"I have 2 books to read" The wait was not long at all. The room was air conditioned and the seats were comfortable. The visit was Great!! More
