I told service guy that my windshield wiper fluid was empty and said the technician will take care of that. When I received my report it said all my fluids were FULL. To my surprise, the windshield flui empty and said the technician will take care of that. When I received my report it said all my fluids were FULL. To my surprise, the windshield fluid was empty when i got home and checked!! I called and couldn’t speak to my service rep but i spoke to the other rep. He told me to bring it in, i said I can fill it up myself. My biggest concern is if in the tech lied about my fluid, wonder what else he checked off as done that was NOT!! More

Waited 4 Days for a tire to be replaced on my 2020 Accord!! Only to have the tire indicator come on immediately after my car was returned to me!! There is no Indicator in my vehicle showing which tire Accord!! Only to have the tire indicator come on immediately after my car was returned to me!! There is no Indicator in my vehicle showing which tire is losing Air. But because I had just left the service center, I assumed it was the tire they just put on. I was right!! But because I was in fear of another long wait!! I refused to take it back!! Took the Car to a tire shop, where I was advised that the replaced tire did not have enough air in it. And it was then that I noticed that the valve cap was missing!! That was not the way It was when I took it there!! My experience was time consuming and Sloppy!! I Will never go back there for service. I would rather take it to my old Acura Dealer in Valley Stream first!! More
