Hillside Honda - Service Center

Last 2 time I was your service center but my problem is not solve. Honda charge me 2700 for hona care dealer charge me to fix my car still I have 100000 mill warranty. Excellent service. Mike was very professional and accommodating. Mike told me all the items that needed work and what i would need immediately in order to get inspected. I was happy that I was able to get my 7,500 mile service as I showed up for the wrong date. However, I picked up my car, got home and parked and had an alert of "low tire pressure." I called and spoke to Mi as I showed up for the wrong date. However, I picked up my car, got home and parked and had an alert of "low tire pressure." I called and spoke to Mike, the service consultant, who told me to come back and they would check it out. When I got there I had to wait for four cars to exit the garage before I could enter. The service person outside the garage told me to re-set the tire pressure manually. I told him that I had just been there and that they needed to check it. Then Mike came out and told me that "I added some air. It was just a little under 30 tire pressure." NO APOLOGY OR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT THE SERVICE WAS NOT COMPLETED SATISFACTORILY. NONE. Then I get a text this morning from Mike if "we have provided you with the best experience possible?" NO. Talk about tone deaf. This is not the service I have come to expect and I was extremely disappointed. It took one hour of my coming home, going back to Hillside Honda and returning home. A simple acknowledgement of the inconvenience would have gone a long way. First time dealing with Mike, and the last. More
