Purchased a car at this dealership on 8/5/23 and still waiting on them to have it registered. We chose Hoffman Lexus to do diagnostic testing of the electric system on our RX400A. It was hard starting over a number of days and because of high mileage on the car we were concerned it was a hybrid electric system on our RX400A. It was hard starting over a number of days and because of high mileage on the car we were concerned it was a hybrid batteries. Dan S. our service consultant was excellent! He listened and recorded our concerns. Offered a couple of scenarios as to what it might be but assured us the technician would run some tests and advise the problem. Dan kept us posted and later advised it was the start battery that was the issue not the Hybrid batteries. Very pleased with the service and support from Dan and Hoffman Lexus.
