195 K service and replacement of rear brakes and rotors I can not say enough about the service from Hoffman Lexus. I had a scheduled appointment for service later this week, but realized last week, that my I can not say enough about the service from Hoffman Lexus. I had a scheduled appointment for service later this week, but realized last week, that my rear brakes were down to the metal. I called Bob DiNapoli, who was able to arrange for my car (RX 350) to be picked up the following day....this is not an easy feat , as they provide me with a loaner car, which, obviously is tougher to schedule. Tim was wonderful (with delivery and pick up) and was quite helpful in answering the many questions I had about the newer, larger version....as it is considerably bigger!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else but Hoffman.... More
